Cheetahs are incredible animals with muscular legs and special feet pads for traction, their long tail provides all the balance needed, making them the world’s fastest animal. Once making a kill the cheetah will eat it very quickly keeping an eye out for scavengers nearby.
Today there are believed to be less than 10,000 cheetahs left in the world and as the most endangered big cat in Africa, conservation efforts to protect this iconic species are enhancing each year thanks to support. Habitat protection and community involvement are just two ways we are working towards creating a safer future for cheetahs.
